Terry Silverman has represented clients in cases ranging from capital murder to misdemeanors, and has litigated numerous cases to verdict. Mr. Silverman is admitted in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and has trial experience in all of them, including multi-defendant conspiracy trials.

He is also a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, and Eleventh and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal. He has served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and Fee Arbitration Committee for the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

In addition to State and Federal criminal cases, Mr. Silverman has an active civil litigation practice, including personal injury and wrongful death cases. Over the last several years, he has served as a mediator in over 500 Civil cases with the vast majority resulting in settlement.
